Office & Warehouse Refurbishment
MJC have completed a £250k office and warehouse refurbishment at Sundon Business Park, Luton.
The estate, owned by Picton Property, consists of nine industrial/warehouse units ranging in size from 4,000 sq ft to 14,000 sq ft with secure yards. MJC are refurbishing unit 7, at 11,325 sq ft.
Managed by CS2 Chartered Surveyors, the 10 week programme included a complete strip out and refurbishment of the two storey offices and warehouse, with internal and external decorations.
Following successful completion of this refurbishment, MJC have been appointed to refurbish the adjacent unit 6.
