Light Industrial Refurbishment
MJC Construction & Refurb have completed the refurbishment of light industrial units at Plymouth Road, in the heart of the Slough Trading Estate.
895 Plymouth Road comprises of 3,561 sq ft of ground and first floor office accommodation with 3,197 sq ft for Unit 897 Plymouth Road. Work to both units was required to refurbish and upgrade these light industrial/warehouse facilities prior to being relet. The specification included upgrading HVAC and insulation to improve EPC Ratings and sustainability for tenants.
Working with Cushman & Wakefield for client SEGRO, we installed new toilets and kitchenettes and decorated throughout as standard, with energy efficient upgrades to the M&E installed to improve the EPC.
Work was completed on schedule within 6 weeks.
