MJC have reached practical completion on the first phase of office strip out and refurbishment at Atlas House, Marlow, with new tenants Tradebe already moved in.

We have installed all new M&E, office partitioning, signage and decoration, to achieve Grade A BREEAM.

Located at the heart of the Globe Business Park in Marlow, Atlas House consists of 2 floors of Grade A office space around a shared reception and collaborative business lounge. Working with leading building surveyor CS2, MJC are carrying out a phased refurbishment, which includes extensive passive fire protection works.
