Work has started at Lyon Business Park, River Road, Barking for Picton Property, with CS2. Work includes external & internal roof repairs, cleaning brickwork, increasing the loading bay doors, replacing fire doors & electrical works.

Our recent refurbishment project for Segro PLC on Slough Business Estate, carried out over 10 weeks with completion Jan 21. The project to an approx. 14,000 sq.ft detached warehouse involved a full internal strip out, repairs to roofing, new M&E installation, flooring, ceiling, partitioning works, drainage repairs and decorations throughout.
