Light Industrial Refurbishment
MJC Construction & Refurb have completed the £550,000 refurbishment of light industrial units at 18 Manor Grove, Bermondsey.
The property consists of two warehouses, providing 18,000sq ft in total.
Working with Realest Building Consultancy, for clients Craigard, the refurbishment project included all external decorations, roof works, window refurbishment and the installation of new roller shutter doors. Internally we stripped out the existing fittings, installed new M&E including comfort cooling, with redecoration, ceiling, carpets and flooring throughout.
The project was completed on schedule, in 12 weeks.
